●依頼内容・要望
電話で問い合わせ下さいました。40年前の三菱ジープだそうです。イグニッションキーが無くなり作れますかの問い合わせでした。作れますか？と聞かれますとチャレンジしない訳にはいきません。成功報酬と言う事で現場に向かいました。
●施工内容(鍵紛失)
イモビライザーなどのセキュリティーは40年前には当然ありませんが、記録データなども全く情報がありません。イグニッションキーシリンダーの内部を特殊スコープで覗きますと片側5本～6本のピンが組み込まれておりました。左助手席の後部にも鍵シリンダーが突出していて、お聞きしますと燃料の鍵だそうです。鍵違いかも知れないので、先にイグニッションキーから始めました。
情報が無い鍵を作る場合は、インプレッションと呼ばれる技法で鍵を手彫りでピンの当たり所の傷を見ながら少しずつ鍵をヤスリで削って行き、シアーラインを揃えていき鍵を回します。
